Tell everything,be honest

1.Be honest. Tell your therapist what you're really thinking & feeling.
2.Even tell her or him why you don't want to tell them other things. 3. Be consistent. Don't miss sessions no matter what. 4.Don't ask the opinions of others about something your therapist says. It will undermine what you're working so hard to figure out.
5.Pay attention to what thoughts and feelings you have before and after each session. Maybe you'll want to write it in a journal and take it into your sessions. 6.Tell your therapist if something he or she does makes you uncomfortable. 7.Set a time for therapy that you can stick with. Give yourself time to get there and time to yourself afterwards.
